Description

A hard to find Model 1895 Which was Marlin's large calibre hunting rifle of the time. This example has a rare 26" hexagonal barrel and is marked with Marlin Safety on the top of the action, the top tang is marked Model 1895 and Special Smokeless Steel marked on the barrel. The serial number on this rifle puts it around 1897 as the year of manufacture. This rifle is cambered in an obsolete calibre according to section 58 of the firearms act no license is required to purchase and possess this rifle.
